Reservations must be paid in full after booking, within 1 hour of complete booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation in cases of no-shows and suspicions of fraud.
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing by email to reservations@ambercityhotels.com
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to arrival for refunds to be valid. Cancellations made after 24 hours do not attract refunds.
